This is an EarWell infant ear molding case. The before photo shows a newborn’s ear with an underdeveloped helical rim and a folded upper pole, visible features that EarWell is designed to address non-surgically in the first weeks of life, when ear cartilage is still pliable. The EarWell device was applied to reshape the ear without any incisions or anesthesia. In the after photo, the helical rim appears more fully formed and the upper pole of the ear sits in a rounder, more open position. Timing matters with this treatment: the window for molding closes as cartilage firms up over the first couple of months.
